  • Translate content you own or have permission to translate
  • Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

You May Not:

  • Use the App for illegal activities or to violate others' rights
  • Translate copyrighted content without proper authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the App
  • Use the App to create competing translation services
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
Important: Translations are AI-generated and may contain errors. Do not rely solely on our translations for legal, medical, or safety-critical communications without professional verification.

4. Account and Subscription

Free Features

Basic translation features are available without an account, including:

  • Limited daily translations
  • Local glossary storage
  • Basic voice and text translation

Premium Subscription

Premium features include:

  • Unlimited translations
  • Cloud sync across devices
  • Advanced AI models with higher accuracy
  • Priority customer support
  • Advanced glossary features

Charitable Contribution

€2 from each yearly premium subscription is donated to humanitarian organizations as described on our website. This contribution is part of our commitment to global communication and aid.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

Translation Accuracy

Translations are generated by AI and may not be perfect. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and recommend professional verification for important communications.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to miscommunications due to translation errors.

8. Subscription and Payments

Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice
  • Refunds are handled according to App Store policies
  • Currency conversions may apply based on your location

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Engage in fraud or abuse

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device will remain until you delete the App.
